Job Description
We seek a Production Supervisor to lead 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with one day off weekly. Responsibilities include supervising safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing; collaborating with engineers to improve production, reduce costs, and optimize labor; diagnosing line issues and training staff; developing safety and low‑carbon procedures; documenting and reporting unsafe practices; preparing production schedules and budgets; coordinating cross-department meetings; analyzing processes and recommending improvements; and sourcing necessary materials and equipment. Full-time, permanent role based in Lagos. Higher National Diploma preferred. Salary ₦150,00–₦180,00 per month. Candidates must reliably commute or relocate to Lagos prior to start.
