Job Description
Workinnigeria is seeking a full-time, permanent Customer Support Executive for our luxury fashion retail team in Abuja. Salary: ₦200,00/month.
- Respond promptly across phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate product and policy information and resolve customer complaints with empathy.
- Document all interactions in the CRM, escalate complex issues, and assist with onboarding.
- Achieve targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2–3 years of customer-facing experience, excellent written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving skills, CRM proficiency, and solid organizational abilities. Preferred: experience in fast-paced environments and familiarity with customer service best practices.
