Job Description
Fleximotion Limited seeks a dedicated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily rider activities and our EV bike fleet. You will manage delivery performance, payments, incident resolution, batteries, maintenance, kits, and official liaising. Ensure timely starts, enforce minimum trip targets, support rider coaching and discipline, and deliver accurate reporting.
Requirements:
- ND / HND / BSc and 2–3 years in logistics, delivery operations, or fleet supervision
- Experience with Uber, Bolt, MAX, Gokada, or dispatch platforms is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic technical skills
Full-time, permanent role based in Lagos. Early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekends or holidays required.
