Job Description
We seek an experienced Distribution & Market Development Manager to oversee product distribution across Lagos, cultivate strong distributor and retailer relationships, and promote locally produced alternatives to imports. The role includes coordinating with fulfillment and production to ensure timely delivery, driving bulk sales through wholesalers and market sellers, monitoring stock flow and product performance, and supporting market activations and trade visits.
Qualifications: HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field; 4–5 years’ hands-on field distribution/market development experience; excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in Excel and reporting. Full-time. Compensation: ₦350,00/month.
