Job Description
We are seeking a courteous and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the primary point of contact for guests, you will provide exceptional service, manage reservations, and ensure efficient front desk operations.
- Greet and register guests; perform check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Manage reservations, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with other departments.
- Address and resolve guest concerns, escalating when necessary to preserve satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
