Job Description
The Factory Ng, a dynamic retail fashion brand, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences, support store operations, and drive sales growth.
- Provide outstanding service, applying product knowledge and styling advice to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Manage store operations in the absence of management and uphold visual merchandising and company standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational continuity.
- Requirements: HND or BSc in any field; 3–5 years of sales experience (fashion preferred); excellent communication, customer service skills, strong sales drive, and commercial awareness.
