Job Description
Tusen Consulting Ltd is actively looking for a proactive and responsible Station Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our fuel station, ensuring the highest standard of service delivery. The ideal candidate will effectively manage staff, enforce safety compliance, resolve customer issues, and uphold rigorous operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily fuel station operations
- Lead and evaluate station attendants’ performance
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Manage inventory control
- Address customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements: OND/HND/BSc minimum, strong leadership capabilities, and prior supervisory experience is preferred.
