Job Description
We are searching for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Community Operations Specialist. In this role, you will establish and manage regional installer WhatsApp groups, curate and coordinate daily content, and facilitate group interactions.
Your responsibilities will also include cultivating strong relationships with EPCs and installers, tracking installation orders, and collecting market insights through field visits and surveys.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Experience in the Solar Energy Sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
