Job Description
Famous Capital is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager to elevate our Human Resources department’s effectiveness. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding processes, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies, manage recruitment processes, and assist with payroll administration.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, over 5 years of HR experience, and a strong understanding of HR operations and Nigerian labor laws.
Compensation: ₦250,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month.
