Job Description
Snappy Credit Limited, a prominent Fintech company located in Ikeja, is recruiting for a Client Loan Support Officer. This role involves assisting clients with swift loan applications through our online platform.
Company Benefits: The position offers a competitive basic salary of ₦60,00, along with daily and weekly bonuses, phone allowance, a structured one-week training program, and the option for hybrid work. Salary reviews are conducted every 3-6 months.
Responsibilities: The selected candidate will serve as the primary contact for clients, support them in completing loan applications, oversee repayments, and maintain precise client records.
Requirements: Candidates should possess an OND or higher in any relevant field, experience in customer service, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
