Job Description
Simri Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the financial transactions of our Real Estate Company. This role is crucial for maintaining the company’s financial health and transparency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting transactions and prepare budget forecasts.
- Publish financial statements and handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, manage taxes, and prepare tax returns.
- Administer payroll, invoices, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in audit processes and carry out other assigned duties.
Required Skills: 5 years of accounting experience, strong Microsoft skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
