Ellasot Consulting, a leading Human Resource Management Consulting company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Rumuagholu, Port Harcourt. The successful candidate will oversee daily activities in a bottling manufacturing environment, guiding a large team, managing data for productivity targets, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
Requirements include a BSC/HND in Business Management or a related field, with a minimum of two years in an operations management role. Strong budget oversight, conflict management skills, and proficiency in business productivity software are essential.
