Job Description
We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist I to become a vital part of our vibrant team. The selected candidate will play a key role in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and benefits management.
Key responsibilities will encompass facilitating the onboarding process, maintaining employee records, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations. Additionally, the ideal candidate will work closely with management to foster a positive workplace environment.
We seek individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a genuine enthusiasm for human resources. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
