Job Description
Whoosh Logistics is currently seeking a dedicated Key Account Officer to effectively manage and cultivate relationships with our esteemed clients. This position requires a proactive and client-oriented professional who excels in building trust, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through superior account management. The primary responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for clients, fostering robust relationships, monitoring deliveries, addressing issues, and identifying upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree coupled with 1-2 years of experience in customer relations or sales, preferably within the logistics or e-commerce sectors. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
