Rosabon Financial Services is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will collect and prepare materials for processing loans and investments, review loan applications, and evaluate potential risks. Responsibilities include assessing credit worthiness, interviewing applicants, communicating with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key performance indicators involve achieving monthly loan and investment targets and maintaining a customer retention rate of 90% or higher. A B.Sc Degree in Finance or Economics, along with proven experience as a Loan Officer, is required. Familiarity with banking applications and a focus on customer satisfaction are essential.
