Job Description
YOG African Company is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team in Ibadan, Oyo State. This full-time position requires reaching out to clients via phone to present our diverse range of products and services, foster robust business relationships, and offer customized solutions to address client needs. Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively introducing company products and services through phone communications.
- Conducting follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Collecting customer feedback and market insights to enhance service delivery.
