Job Description
Toasties Limited is currently seeking a motivated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director (MD). The role entails managing the MD’s schedule, handling correspondence, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include organizing meetings, drafting correspondence, and managing confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Salary: N200,00 per month.
