Job Description
We are looking for a talented Human Resources Officer to join our team and assist with daily HR operations in Lagos. This full-time position involves various responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and employee relations. Ideal candidates must have a degree and a minimum of one year of HR experience, with a preference given to those pursuing CIPM/CIPD certification.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the recruitment process, facilitating onboarding procedures, and ensuring adherence to HR policies. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, are essential. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to 180,00, which includes performance bonuses and transportation allowances.
