Job Description
Nexton Microfinance Bank Ltd is actively seeking a committed and skilled Loan Officer to join our expanding team in Ibadan and Oyo State. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, authorizing approvals, and recommending decisions. Additionally, you will conduct thorough credit analyses and deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any loan-related concerns.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in loan origination and underwriting, strong customer service abilities, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration. Proficiency in finance-related tasks along with excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
