Job Description
GreyBoulders Ltd. is looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Abuja on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience in cost control, management, and planning within the construction sector. Key responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing cost analysis, and ensuring project delivery stays within budget.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, exceptional analytical skills, and a strong ability to collaborate in a team environment. Professional certifications will be considered an advantage.
