Job Description
The Young Talent Program – Direct Sales aims to cultivate recent graduates into proficient sales professionals in the banking industry. As a Direct Sales Trainee, you will benefit from a well-structured training regimen, real-world experience, and dedicated mentorship, designed to enhance your skills in client acquisition, product marketing, and relationship management.
Your responsibilities will include promoting banking products, generating leads, meeting sales objectives, onboarding new customers, and participating in promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc. or HND degree, exhibit excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a self-motivated mindset.
