Job Description
Dame Chops and Events is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Account Manager to lead our customer service teams in Lagos. This full-time role is situated within the Accounting, Auditing & Finance sector and offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to NGN 250,00.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, guaranteeing satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and effective issue resolution. Strong leadership and communication skills are imperative, along with a minimum qualification of OND and at least one year of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include coaching customer service teams, implementing effective policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
