Job Description
Benchuzzy Consult is currently looking for a proactive Field Technical Officer to effectively identify and resolve technical issues at project sites. The ideal candidate will document problems and solutions, lead our IT support team within healthcare institutions, and provide essential training. You will also ensure that our support staff stays updated with the latest developments in the Health Management Information System (HMIS) platform.
This position requires collaboration with the Desktop Support Officer (DSO) to address user issues, deploy new terminals, and configure internal IT systems as needed. Your contributions will play a crucial role in achieving the company’s objectives in alignment with your responsibilities.
