Bridgegap Consults Limited is actively seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to enhance our expanding insurance team in Ibadan. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a diverse range of insurance products, building strong customer relationships, and meeting defined sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Educate clients about insurance plans and benefits.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales service.
Qualifications: A minimum of OND/NCE; 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service; excellent communication skills; and a goal-oriented mindset.
