Job Description

Job Summary: Estrada International is looking for a Concrete Yard Production Manager to oversee our daily concrete production operations. This position is responsible for managing batching activities, maintaining equipment, and supervising the workforce while ensuring high-quality output and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee concrete batching, mixing, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications set by clients.
- Manage inventory and scheduling for equipment maintenance.
- Lead and train production staff to achieve optimal performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies along with operational procedures.
