Job Description
Platform Finance is looking for a dedicated Human Resource Manager to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position is situated within the Banking, Finance & Insurance sector, offering a competitive salary between NGN 600,00 and 900,00.
The successful candidate will possess a degree and a minimum of 5 years of senior-level HR experience. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and talent management, overseeing office operations, and coordinating travel arrangements. In addition, the HR Manager will be tasked with maintaining office supplies and delegating duties to administrative staff.
The ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, complemented by proven experience in HR and administration, as well as a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
