Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in Surulere, Lagos. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service, maximize profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include staff management, service standard maintenance, inventory control, and resolving customer complaints.
This position offers a competitive salary of ₦200,00-₦250,00 per month, with shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a rotational basis. Benefits include provided meals and accommodation, with one day off per week.
The successful candidate should possess a B.Sc. or HND in Hospitality Management or a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
