Job Description

Hospitality Paradigm is on the lookout for an experienced Front Office Manager to join our prestigious Fraser Suites Abuja. The ideal candidate will lead the front office department, ensuring exemplary customer satisfaction and exceptional guest services while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience Required: 8-10 years in the luxury hospitality sector, currently serving in a Front Office Manager capacity.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus), along with strong management and customer service skills are essential.
