Job Description
TeamAce Limited, a reliable partner in the beauty and wellness industry, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee salon operations in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
The Operations Manager will collaborate with the Asylum Manager to ensure high service standards and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining inventory, and driving client engagement.
Requirements include a BSc in a related field, 1-2 years of experience in a salon or hospitality environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory management.
The salary ranges from ₦300,00 to ₦350,00 monthly, along with basic HMO coverage and performance bonuses.
