Job Description
We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Programme Officer to join our team within the Assessment and Learning Programmes department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs designed to enhance learning outcomes.
The Programme Officer will work closely with various stakeholders to identify educational needs and execute quality improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, analyzing data, and presenting findings to support informed decision-making.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for education and a commitment to continuous professional growth. A background in education, social sciences, or a related field is preferred.
