Job Description
Kaltani, a premier clean-tech recycling company, is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Manager to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. This full-time position plays a vital role in shaping our people and culture strategy.
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for developing effective HR strategies, overseeing the recruitment process, managing performance evaluations, addressing employee relations, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, along with a minimum of five years of relevant HR experience. A strong understanding of labor laws and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience working with blue-collar staff is highly desirable.
