Job Description
KEY Academy is on a mission to revolutionize education in Nigeria by equipping children aged 18 months to 18 years with essential 21st-century skills through a comprehensive project-based learning framework. We are currently looking for a dedicated full-time Trainee Co-Learner (Teacher) based in Lagos. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, facilitating student learning experiences, and collaborating effectively with other educators. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong lesson planning skills, excellent communication abilities, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline. A genuine passion for innovative teaching approaches, along with previous teaching experience, is highly preferred.
