Job Description
Apex Network, a leading financial servicing firm based in Lekki, Lagos, is seeking applications for the position of Customer Relationship Executive. This full-time role focuses on building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities include managing accounts, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional service. Strong communication skills and a Bachelor’s Degree are required, along with 2+ years of customer service experience. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
