Position: Logistics Telesale Dispatcher
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and prior sales experience.
- Ability to work in a team, manage multiple tasks, and thrive under pressure.
- Demonstrated perseverance, dedication, self-confidence, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in PC usage.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process customer orders with daily calls ranging from 100 to 200.
- Engage with drivers, negotiate, and tailor individual approaches for service.
- Monitor and manage booked loads effectively.
Terms: Office hours until 11:00 PM (with bus service available at that time).
Employment Type: Contract with commission eligibility for booked shipments post-probation.
Schedule: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Salary: ₦200,00.00 – ₦400,00.00 monthly.
Note: This is an urgent full-time position.
