In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with department heads to assess staffing requirements, oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a positive experience for all candidates. Key responsibilities include sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screenings, organizing interviews, and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial skills and a minimum qualification of OND. This position is suitable for interns or recent graduates, with no prior experience required.
