Job Description
Location: Nigeria / Dallas, Texas (dependent on branch)
Department: Customer Service
Reports To: Customer Service Manager / Operations Manager
Job Summary: The Customer Service Officer at Mama Jones African Market is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our customers. Responsibilities include managing inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining precise records to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications & Skills:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Prior customer service experience in food or retail is essential.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Compensation: ₦150,00 per month
Expected Start Date: November 1, 2025
