Job Description

Amy Consulting is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to act as the primary liaison between our organization and our esteemed customers. The ideal candidate will reflect our brand values while delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Engage with clients occupying various properties.
  • Provide accurate information regarding property listings and services.
  • Assist with inquiries, bookings, and transactions.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦120,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
