Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Service Lead to join our esteemed cake and dessert company, The Factory Ng. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure a seamless experience for our customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-store interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
