Job Description
Chow Buddies Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Gwarimpa Estate, Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently receiving and processing online and phone orders, effectively communicating these orders to our kitchen team, and professionally managing customer inquiries.
Applicants should hold a minimum of an OND/Diploma, with prior customer service experience considered an advantage. Strong communication skills, basic math abilities, and a customer-focused attitude are essential for this role.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary of ₦100,00. Candidates must be willing to work flexible shifts.
