Job Description
Global Pay Ltd is in search of a skilled HR Admin Manager to join our team at our Ikeja, Lagos office. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring adherence to labor laws. The successful candidate will also oversee office operations and facilities management.
To qualify, applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of HR managerial experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a comprehensive understanding of HR legislation. Experience within the financial services or payment industry is preferred.
We provide a competitive salary ranging from NGN 100,00 to 200,00, along with comprehensive health insurance benefits.
