Job Description
Akinkunbi Nigeria Limited is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to enhance our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the CSR will be responsible for providing information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, generate sales leads, assess customer needs, and deliver accurate information to customers.
Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with CRM systems are essential.
