Hrleverageafrica is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
Your key responsibilities will include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, management of user accounts, and ongoing monitoring of IT resources. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in implementing cybersecurity practices and documenting IT assets effectively.
