Job Description
The Bridge For Women Development Initiative (BOWDI) is currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented MEAL Officer for a full-time position based in Maiduguri, Borno State. The primary focus of this role is to enhance the quality and accountability of our projects through the implementation of effective Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) practices.
The selected MEAL Officer will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing BOWDI’s MEAL framework, which includes thorough data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role is essential for fostering impactful learning processes that contribute to the overall success of our projects.
