Job Description
Synergy Aesthetic Group is actively seeking a dependable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various personal tasks. Excellent communication skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing calendars and appointments
- Organizing meetings and documenting minutes
- Handling correspondence and incoming phone calls
- Arranging travel and logistics
- Maintaining filing systems and preparing reports

Qualifications: A minimum of SSCE and strong communication skills are required.
