Job Description
The Africa Wealth Initiative (AWI) is dedicated to promoting human development by providing essential social and business services across key economic sectors in Africa. Our mission is to drive transformation in the region through Agri-Tech and Agribusiness advancements. We are currently in search of a qualified Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a full-time, on-site position in Afijio. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, shaping strategic initiatives, managing financial resources, and ensuring overall organizational efficiency. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance is required, with an advanced degree considered advantageous.
