Job Description
Wayfare Travels is looking for a committed People & Culture Officer to strengthen our HR operations and cultivate a robust cultural alignment within our organization. This position is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of HR experience who are enthusiastic about creating a positive workplace atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies.
- Support payroll preparation and manage employee leave.
- Organize staff engagement events.
- Facilitate training programs.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₦120,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month
