Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Custodian II to become a part of our team in Ibadan. This position is a renewable contract for a duration of 3 years.
Duties: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of offices, managing material requisitions, distributing toiletries, monitoring contractor performance, and keeping accurate records of cleaning activities.
Qualifications: Applicants should hold a Trade Test Certificate with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a National Diploma in Business Administration with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Competencies: The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of office cleanliness, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and pay meticulous attention to detail.
