Job Description
The Chartered Institute of Counseling in Nigeria (CICN), based in Lagos, is seeking a committed Counselor for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting individual and group counseling sessions, formulating personalized counseling plans, and keeping detailed case files. Additionally, you will perform assessments and engage in community outreach programs, while collaborating with faculty to enhance educational initiatives.
Ideal candidates will possess substantial counseling experience, outstanding communication skills, and a degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s Degree and professional certification in counseling are preferred. Experience in community outreach and collaboration with NGOs is highly valued.
