Job Description
TGM Travels is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales and Ticketing Officer with 2–3 years of experience in travel sales and ticketing. The ideal candidate will oversee ticketing operations, manage reservations, and provide exceptional customer service, all while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities: Offer precise flight information, utilize GDS systems for ticketing, manage reservations and refunds, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to meeting sales goals.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, proven ticketing experience, proficiency in GDS systems, strong communication skills, and excellent problem-solving capabilities are essential.
Location: Lagos (required). Job Type: Full-time. Compensation: ₦175,00.00 – ₦230,00.00 per month.
