Job Description
Whip-Smart Service Providers Limited, a prominent real estate company, is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inspection Officer to enhance our dynamic team. This field-based position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for real estate, exceptional client service, and property scouting.
Responsibilities: You will accompany clients on property inspections, scout new listings, capture high-quality photos and brief marketing videos, and provide daily reports to the office before heading out (a company car will be supplied).
Requirements: Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reside within the Ikota–Ajah axis, hold an OND, HND, or BSc in any field, and possess strong communication skills.
